E&G SAL has just been awarded Al Naher Mixed Used Development Project.
This selective project is a mixed use development incorporating offices and apartments over a built up area of 50,000 m2. The project consists of three basements for car parks and technical areas, a ground floor for retail areas and entrances, a soft landscaping area, 2 car parks areas in level 1 and 2, 8 offices stories, a technical floor and 10 residential stories.
The Project includes, a power plant of 2.5 MW, high end VRV with Hydrobox for heating, firefighting and advanced low current systems.

In Iraq E&G are working on the Bab Al Nasiriya Housing Complex, a built-from-scratch village spanning 720,000m²  with more than 1000 houses, a market square with commercial spaces, and over a dozen green park areas, Works Started Date:  March 2015/ Completion Date : December 2018

Mechanical Works of the project consists of providing Infra Structure Utilities, Chilled/Heating Water Plants and distribution networks, Domestic/Irrigation water network, Storm drainage network, Sanitary Sewer Network, water tank, Maintenance Quarter and other miscellaneous system.
